MagicByAangel – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which you (the “Customer” or “you”) may receive a refund from MagicByAangel (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or purchasing any service, workshop, or program, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Scope & Services CoveredThis Refund Policy applies to:
Digital / online coaching, mentoring, healing or transformation programs.
a. Live or virtual workshops.
b. One-on-one sessions, packages, or subscriptions.
c. Any other product or service sold via magicbyaangel.com.
It does not apply to third-party services, external products, or add-ons (unless explicitly stated).

2. No Refunds / Non-Refundable Services:
Because many of our services involve live interaction, personalized guidance, and limited seats, we generally do not provide refunds after a purchase is made or after a workshop begins, except as explicitly described below.


3. Cancellation by You / Requests for Refund
If you wish to cancel and request a refund, you must submit your request in writing (email) to us at magicbyaangel@gmail.comor via our contact form, citing your booking ID, date, and reason. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

While refunds are not guaranteed, we may, at our discretion, offer:
a. A partial refund (pro rata) if you have not accessed or used a substantial portion of the service.
b. A credit or voucher toward a future program.
c. A rescheduling or alternative offering instead of refund.

We retain the right to refuse a refund request if:
a. The service has already been delivered in full.
b. You have accessed course materials, recordings, or completed sessions.
c. You missed sessions or failed to attend without prior notice.
d. You request after a defined period (for example, more than 7 days post purchase or after the workshop date — you can define your cutoff).

4. Cancellation by Us
If we (MagicByAangel) cancel a workshop, session, or service for any reason (e.g. insufficient registrations, scheduling conflicts), we will:
Offer you a full refund of the amount paid, or Provide credit toward another workshop or service of equivalent value.
We aim to notify you as early as possible.

5. How Refunds Are Processed
Once approved, refunds will be processed within [X business days] (for example, 7–14 business days), using the same payment method you used to purchase.
In some cases, a different refund method may be used (e.g. bank transfer), which we will inform you about.
You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or intermediary bank charges that may arise.

6. Modifications / Transfers.
If you cannot attend a scheduled workshop or session, you may request to reschedule or transfer your registration to another date or person, subject to availability and prior notice (e.g. at least 48 hours before). This is at our discretion.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may consider your right to future services void. We reserve the right to refuse service or enforce legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks.

8. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version with “Last updated” date will apply from the date of posting. If major changes materially affect your rights, we may notify you via email or site notice.
